Knowledge of human resource procedures Excellent data entry skills Solid personal computer knowledge and the ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally If you are organized, determined, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment then the Staffing Manager - Recruiter position would be a great fit for you! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
